Registration Guidelines

Registration with an appropriate fee is mandatory for participation in ICIURP 2027 as well as publication of abstract and full paper in the conference proceedings. All delegates are expected to follow the steps below to complete their registration.

How to Register

1. Create an account using your email address on the Registration page — a one-time password (OTP) will be sent to verify your email.
2. After OTP verification, complete your profile (name, phone, address, and password) to finish account creation.
3. Sign in to access your registration dashboard.
4. On the dashboard, select your registration category (Student/General Author or Student/General Participant) and your region (Local, International Non-SAARC, or International SAARC) — see Payment Guidelines for the fee table.
5. If you are submitting a paper, provide the paper ID(s) issued after abstract/full paper acceptance.
6. Complete payment through the online payment gateway to confirm your registration.

• Authors must pay all applicable transfer fees and service charges (if required).
